Methodology. The Odin Market Index is the equal-weighted average of four normalized signals, each scaled so higher favors sellers: sale price to original list price (CPOLP), months of supply (inverted), the Future Property Value Index of pending listings, and the listing success (attrition) ratio. Each is computed live from Pikes Peak MLS data; the daily history comes from the same nightly market log. It is a directional read on leverage, not a forecast.
