Program Terms

Effective September 10, 2026. Submitting an application constitutes agreement to these terms.

1. The program

The PCS Map Network connects military-market real estate agents ("members") with buyers and sellers who request an agent through the PCS map at shouldimovenow.com and its related marketing surfaces. The program is operated by Rob Thompson, Realtor, Iconic Colorado Properties, Colorado Springs, CO ("the operator").

2. Application, deposit, and acceptance

Applying requires a $99 payment that starts a monthly subscription. This first payment is an application deposit. Acceptance is not automatic: applications are reviewed and an interview with the operator is required. If accepted, the deposit is credited as the first month of membership. If not accepted, the subscription is canceled and the deposit refunded in full. Installations are granted to one member at a time, at the operator's discretion.

3. Membership

Membership is $99 per month, billed by subscription. Members receive exclusive placement for their granted installation on the PCS map, routing of referrals for that installation, a featured community link, and access to member calls including the biweekly mastermind. Members may cancel at any time; cancellation ends placement and referral routing at the end of the paid period. The operator may end a membership for nonpayment, misrepresentation, unprofessional conduct, or failure to honor referral obligations, with a pro-rated refund of any unused period.

4. Referrals and fees

Each routed referral is offered under a referral agreement naming the client and a referral fee of 25% of gross commission received, payable broker to broker to the referring agent upon a successful closing. Accepting a referral requires signing that agreement, after which the client's contact information is released. A completed referral form documenting the terms is generated and delivered to both parties.

Map-sourced clients. A client who reaches a member through the PCS map, its links, a member's featured community link, or any of the program's marketing surfaces is a network referral, regardless of the channel through which the client first makes contact. Members agree to disclose such clients and honor the referral fee as if the referral had been routed directly.

5. Conduct and compliance

Members must hold an active real estate license in the state of their granted installation, maintain good standing with their brokerage and local board, and confirm their brokerage permits referral arrangements of this kind. Members are independent professionals, not employees, partners, or franchisees of the operator. Members will conduct business with military families honestly and in compliance with RESPA, fair housing laws, and all applicable regulations.

6. The map and data

Map figures are planning estimates from public data sources and the operator's methodology; they are not appraisals or lending advice, and members will not represent them as such. The PCS Map Network is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense or any military branch.

7. Changes

The operator may update these terms with notice to members by email; continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes to fees take effect at the next billing cycle.
